D Original Sausage
Sausage, cheese, baguette, and wine is our go to lunch and dinner at the shop. If your lucky I might share some. We are very proud of our artisan sausage made by D Original Sausage. Drews Driessen has been making sausage for more then forty years and is always coming by with something new for us to try and sell. In the photo is a classic Saucisson Sec, we also have Chorizo, Matadors and lots more. My favorite this week is the fulano, it's a dry sausage with fennel.
