What type of payment methods do you accept on your website?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal

How do you ship your products on your website?

We offer discount shipping on all of our orders.

We do not inflate our prices in order to offer free shipping. We leave it to the discretion of our customers to choose the most beneficial shipping method on our web store.

We ship to Canada, the US, and internationally.

We use Canada Post and UPS for most articles at the most advantageous speed and price for the buyer.

Large and heavy pieces usually ship with DHL.

What are your return policies?

We offer a 2-week return policy from the time that you’ve received your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original package and condition, we also require a receipt or a proof of purchase.

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us at return@marchestgeorge.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.

During the holiday season, purchases made after Nov. the 15th can be returned until Jan the 15th.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

When approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase your item. Please allow 10 days for your credit card carrier or bank to process the transfer of the funds.

What are the sale taxes?

No sales taxes are added to US or international orders. Canadian sales taxes are added according to each provinces specific tax laws.

I forgot my password on the website?

Resetting your password is easy. Go to the top right corner of any page on the site and click “My Account”. Under “Returning Customer”, click “Forgot your password” and follow the instructions.

Can I make reservations at the café?

Sorry, we do not take reservations.

How can I find out about your next event?

You can sign up for our newsletter and stay up to date with all the events at Le Marché St George. Tickets usually go very fast, so make sure you hurry!

What are your hours of operation?

We are open every day from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm during the winter and 8:00 am to 7:00 pm during the summer. We close on Christmas day and New Years day, and on some major stat holidays like Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day.

What is your address?

We are located at 4393 St George Street in Vancouver British Columbia  at the corner of 28th Ave.
Atelier St. George is currently only open by appointment only, Mondays to Fridays from 9-5, at 11 East 7th Avenue in Mount Pleasant (kitty corner from Elysian Cafe). Contact isshamarie@marchestgeorge.com to arrange a time.

Do you still rent the suite upstairs?

We occasionally rent the suites upstairs for photo shoots, filming, or events. Please contact us at info@marchestgeorge.com for more information. We don’t rent the suites for overnight stays anymore.
