I'm in absolute love with this packaging, the Noble line consists of two aged maple syrups and three vinegars. I had a little taste of the the Tahitian Vanilla Bean and Egyptian Chamomile matured Maple Syrup and poured over ice-cream would be a killer combo. I'm scared to try the Tuthilltown Bourbon Maple Syrup because there will be no turning back.

Aged Black Garlic

We just received black garlic at the shop. Black garlic is white garlic that has been specially aged through heat and time. The garlic becomes black, very soft and sweet.The taste and texture will remind you of figs and molasses with a background flavour of sweet garlic. By aging garlic it doubles its antioxidant properties and removes the odour of regular garlic.

D Original Sausage

Sausage, cheese, baguette, and wine is our go to lunch and dinner at the shop. If your lucky I might share some. We are very proud of our artisan sausage made by D Original Sausage. Drews Driessen has been making sausage for more then forty years and is always coming by with something new for us to try and sell. In the photo is a classic Saucisson Sec, we also have Chorizo, Matadors and lots more....
